Summer Associate Program

Our summer program provides a relevant, realistic and beneficial experience, allowing summer associates to work closely with seasoned attorneys and assist in a variety of legal assignments. In fact, previous summer associates tell us that one of the most beneficial aspects of the program is the opportunity to interact with Banner & Witcoff attorneys both professionally and socially.

Summer program activities typically include:

Luncheon presentations on intellectual property issues
Introduction to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office
Observing Federal Court arguments or client depositions
Social events and group activities

Banner & Witcoff also has full-time and part-time clerking positions that are particularly suited to students attending law school on a part-time or evening basis.
