Katz presents on Virtual Design Theft at the FICPI 12^th Open Forum in Munich, Germany, September 8-11. On Thursday, September 9, Mr. Katz joins a panel discussion “Virtual Design Theft – Can it be stopped?” Mr. Katz currently serves on the Executive Board of the U.S. Section of the International Federation of Intellectual Property Attorneys (FICPI) and serves as the Chair of Committee 2 which is responsible for industrial designs. FICPI (http://www.ficpi.org/) was established in 1906 as Fédération Internationale des Conseils en Propriété Industrielle as a non-political world-wide organization of intellectual property attorneys in private practice.
