Mr. Iwanicki has been appointed to the Pharmaceutical Issues Committee of the Intellectual Property Owners (IPO) Association. 

The Pharmaceutical Issues Committee advises the Board of Directors of IPO regarding legislative changes, regulatory issues and judicial decisions affecting the Drug Price Competition and Patent Term Restoration Act (the Hatch-Waxman Act) and other issues related to pharmaceuticals.
