Patent Agents

Banner & Witcoff's patent agents are qualified to represent applicants in patent prosecution matters before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Patent agents are specially trained and experienced in drafting and prosecuting patents and in knowledge of Patent and Trademark Office procedures.

Technical Specialists

The position of technical specialist attracts individuals with a specialized technical background and an interest in working in intellectual property law.

Law Clerks

Law clerks work at the firm developing their patent or trademark prosecution and litigation skills during the day while attending law school in the evening. Many law clerks come to us from the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, where they worked as patent or trademark examiners. Most law clerks continue their careers with our firm upon graduation from law school.
